After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, Ms. Woodward earned her law degree from New York Law School , where she was a Staff Member for the New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law. During law school, Ms. Woodward was a judicial intern at the New York State Attorney General's Office and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Following graduation, Ms. Woodward began her career as a real estate litigation associate where she represented landlords in all aspects of landlord/tenant residential and commercial leasehold disputes. After relocating to Orlando, Florida, she worked as a Law Clerk for the Complex Business Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Florida, Orange County. Ms. Woodward joined Smith Toole & Wiggins, PL in June of 2008.
Ms. Woodward is a member of the Florida and New York State Bars, Orange County Bar Association, American Bar Association and is involved with the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Woodward is fluent in French.
